I purchased items from Calico Corners many years when they had a store near South Park. My impression was that many of the women that worked there acted conceited. Ten years later I needed to purchase some additional hardware that matched the hardware I purchased ten years prior. Same impression although they are in a different location. The fabric is not cheaper that Mary Jo's in Gastonia.... more

Great service, knowledge people. It was like having my own personal designer for free! There were so many options with the fabrics, and they made it easy for me to choose what was going to work best in my home. I have kids, and they even had a little tv area to occupy my children while I was shopping.

I have worked with many designers in the past, but I will never use one again. They seem to want to pressure you into their own style and taste and you don't always know where your money is getting spent. This is definitely not the case at Calico Corners.
