Cal Western has always been there for me and my family when maintenance issues occur. I can recall a specific time at the beginning of the year when our water heater wasn’t working properly. It seemed like it would heat the water for 5 minutes and then suddenly it would be freezing again – it made for a very interesting morning with the kids. Thank goodness they got someone over there while I was at work (with my expressed permission of course). I came home not expecting to be able to do laundry and bath the kids, but he had already come and gone. There have been many other instances...
