Everything was done professionally and in a friendly manner.

Of course, having to pay the full amount for the crown replacement did not make a happy camper, but that is not your fault.

I was seen this week for a crown replacement. I was quoted my cost share and budgeted for that. When I was done with the first part (temp) I went to check out and the quote was over a hundred dollars more. I was told they had to do some extra "build-ups, etc" which added to the cost.
