Everything is made-from-scratch everyday at this Naperville bakery. The storefront is a showroom for their specialties: wedding and special occasion cakes as well as 3D cakes – think standup Barney and castles – and character cakes (they have molds for whatever's popular with kids at the moment in addition to standbys like Elmo.)

I've been ordering cakes from them for more than 15 years. The cake is delicious, but they have been increasingly rude over the phone. I put up with it for the last 3 or 4 times I've ordered, but this last interaction takes the cake.
