shrimp po boys, red beans n rice, gumbo, delicious!

I happened to be in Vancouver for work and noticed this little place that said Cajun Creole Deli. I've been searching a shrimp po boy in Portland since July to no avail. Their menu was posted on the door and after reading it I was definitely headed their for lunch later. I went in just before noon and their was only one other couple there, they must've ordered five different things, I think they had been there before. I ordered the lunch deal with the half shrimp po boy and red beans n rice side, had to try the gumbo too, I ordered the seafood gumbo but I think I just got the regular, no complaints, it was delicious. The po boy was great, it had a unique taste, maybe the sauce, red beans and rice are the best I've ever had. Service was very good because there was only the couple in front of me and another woman came out to take my order. The spice and taste of the gumbo is excellent, I seriously can't wait to go back and order one of everything else on the menu, well maybe not the head cheese or the oysters because I like mine raw, but they have regular deli sandwiches and different kinds of po boys. This place has two things I love, delicious food and beautiful people, for me it doesn't get better.
