Café Momentum is a nonprofit restaurant concept conceived by Parigi co-owners Chad Houser and Janice Provost that will serve as a culinary training facility for the disadvantaged. Our primary focus is the Dallas County Youth Village, a juvenile residential detention facility for nonviolent adjudicated boys ages 13-17.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value, service, and quality of food at this place. I love the concept and how it's helping people in my community, but aside from that, it's just a great place to have dinner! Everything we tried was very tasty and the service was well-paced. And you can't beat the value of the wine selection!

Great food, great concept, and an incredible cause. I cannot do it justice, the work that Chad and his team do there and in the community. Please check it out and support, but don't get me wrong, this food is top notch and Chad can go toe-to-toe with any of the top chefs in Dallas....

I was a bit skeptical when my wife booked Cafe Momentum, but after dining there with a group of friends, I'm sold on the value. When busy, Cafe Momentum does get loud, so I wouldn't schedule an intimate date there. The kids who work there are courteous and efficient. Our group had the Scallops, Smoked Fried Chicken, and Beef Tenderloin and all were happy. The bottled wine prices are fantastic!...
