a wonderful European - French Restaurant in the Oregon District, they also own the CENA Brazilian Steakhouse by the Dayton Mall which is also fantastic! My wife and I used to be pretty regular dinners at Cafe Boulevard but last weekend was a nitemare. The service was chaotic at best and the food was terrible. We heard that the owner fired her chef and kitchen staff, big mistake!!
