This Georgetown bistro offers a nice variety of sweet and savory crepes along with other foods Napoleon would have liked.

The service isn't ignoring you, they're being unintrusive. The place is so small that at any time you can flag down a server if you need something. This is a great cafe for a relaxed dinner, drinks,... more
