I've used Zagat the past three years for all my dining choices in multiple cities throughout the U.S. The Zagat ratings and reviews have always been spot on. Not in the Phoenix area though for some reason. I had a party of 8. When we walked in on a Saturday night at 7:30 and the place was only half full I got a bad feeling. The decor is way overrated. One of our favorites-- Best jumbo shrimp, can order however many you want, as is with most of the appetizers, so you can get a taste of everything. Spedini dishes are all superb. Delicious pastas with an Asian flair a la Valli, owner/chef who will come to your table to greet you.
