does'nt pay their contractors
what a beautiful building.many trades worked hard to make it so.cadre charges top dollar for their services and expects payment at time of use.however they don't do the same when it comes to paying for work done.we have been trying to get our money for a year.so next time you want to rent the cadre,see if they will wait a year or so before you pay.good luck

I'm getting married next year in Memphis, and discovered this place online. It's in a GREAT location (next to the Rendezvous and a block up from the Peabody). It's also convienient to Beale Street if you want to party after your wedding, as well.
The staff at the Cadre was fabulous when I met with them. They were very personable and down to earth and not stuffy like other venues that I visited...
