They put a new heat pump for us and we have had nothing but trouble ever since ! After spending a fortune on freon ( recharging at least twice a year) we got someone else and they found the leak in 5 min. or less. We were getting ripped off for sure ! Stay away from Cadco !

I hired this company twice now, once in 2009, and they replaced the contractor of our a/c unit. Within 30 days the contractor went out, and another man from CADCO returned and stated the prior employee did not put it in correctly causing it to short out within the 30 days. Avoid. Very poor customer service, does not stand behind their work, difficult to deal with. Installed my unit wrong, charged me $$$$ to repair over and over and it STILL does not work. I have no heat, no air but they have my $$$$$.

FOUL MOUTHED EMPLOYEES, I am a FIRM BELIEVER the CUSTOMER is always right and should be treated with respect upon and SERVICE DUE, they have done nothing but broken every promise with everytime they said they would do my system and I HAVE SEEN BETTER service and BETTER presentable employees, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND another HVAC company besides this company
