This UPS Store is inside the Olympic Collection in the North West corner of Olympic and Sawtelle.The guys here are very helpful.Jeff and Jay are the best.

Friendly service.Helpful answers to questions.Difficult parking situation on surface lot so just give up and go down to the garage.Garage parking signs indicate that there is a fee, but on the afternoon I was there no one was collecting.But this location is not the easiest to get to, find or park - so if you have a choice, maybe seek out an easier store if you're driving.

The employees are nice, parking is kind of a pain, and beware of the owner- he seems like a major creeper!!He peeps out from the back office and just stares at customers and employees- very twilight zoneish!!!

DO NOT USE THIS STORE.The owner is abuse, loudand unhelpful.There are many other ups stores or even the post office with better rates, better attitude and better service.This store has a poor rating for a reason.Read the other reviews and you will find similar comments.If you are smart enough to check out a business on yelp, you are smart enough to avoid this store!

Horrible experience, I was ready to mail a birthday present for my best friend who just moved to North Carolina, she is turning 65 like me. I had the package ready, the address but not the exact Zip Code. There was no customers in the store but two extremelyrude employees, checking their text messages . …
