If i could put no stars i would! This place will rip you off!! Paid for 3 days use of there mini excavator. Paid in full. had it for one day had a problem with a hydraulic line. They came and picked it up to fix. A year later and they still owe me 2 days or over $600. Owner Tyson will not take my call. These guys are a rip. Dropped off riding mower and was told tune up would 150. Asked to call me if it would be more. They called a month later saying 300 and it would still need 150 dollars more of work. Told them they should have called me first. Now they are selling it on craigslist. Neighbor says they did the same thing to them and friend of theirs

I have used this rental company several times and have always gotten good service. The staff is very helpful and they have reasonable rates

I was told, that I could get my snowblower fixed in 2 to 3 days, 3 weeks later still not done and was told part was not available any sooner, called Dubay's, and they located the part for next day and could have it back for next day. And this is not the first time they provided me with poor service.
