DON'T do it......I rented from them a few years ago and paid to get out of the lease because they're terrible, switched companies and was happy for years and then buyers and Harvey bought the new apartment complex right before I moved, messed up the paperwork, tried charging me thousands in late fees for money they said I didn't owe, tried changing my rent mid lease, and then (big shocker) kept...

I always recommend Byers and Harvey. Pam Wilson is great. There are some untrustworthy rental companies in town that I would recommend to stay away from. Very happy now! I've been with them for almost 10 years renting out two houses through them. Everything has worked out well.

Do not rent from this company....they let people come and see your home while your not there the last months you live there. It takes them forever to fix any issues you have. People working behind desk are rude after you sign lease. And lastly they screw you over on your deposit

I DO NOT recommend this company. After FOUR attempts to get in touch with Pam, supposedly their lady over properties, we still never spoke with anyone. On the fourth visit, we were treated like statues in their office. Everyone sort of just stared at us like we weren't supposed to be there or something. This place is ridiculous. We came here looking to employ them to be property managers of our house since we're moving to Kansas. We were instructed to wait to talk to Pam which we did for over an hour. People would walk in without an appointment and walk in with her ahead of us.
