It is very difficult to get help from staff. They are around but they do everything they can to avoid helping. A staff won't look for my item even though I was told that item is in the store over the phone.

Also, after purchasing micralite toro, a different staff told me how my stroller is inferior to bugaboo or uppababy. Thanks for bursting my bubble.

When unpacking a stroller at home, I realized that this was a used item (probably a return item). I called the manager of the store and requested that a new stroller is being delivered to me (and the used one picked up), but the manager refused and hung up on me without even saying good-bye.
