Excellent service. Every person in every position we talked to went out of their way to be kind to us. There was a wait because 2-3 other people were closing on cars too, so they let us drive around one of the other cars from the lot while we waited. We'll definitely go back.

My wife and I needed to get a second vehicle, and we ended up looking at Butler Hyundai. We were in the market for a hatchback, and I had a 2007 Hyundai Elantra and really liked it. When we got on the lot, Steve Green (online sales) met us and asked what we were looking for. He was really good about only showing us cars in our price range and not trying to upsell us on a newer or different style car. We ended up looking at a used 2010 Kia Soul, took it for a test drive, and then Steve let us take it home for an evening to see what we thought. We really liked the car and negotiated a price....
