I've visited Burnt Fork on many occasions. I'm a fan of BBQ and like to support neighborhood restaurants. Service has always been disappointing (slow and neglectful) but the food was typically good. Lately, the service has gotten worse and menu items are consistently out --- which is surprising because Burnt Fork is rarely crowded.

They told me they smoked with Apple wood. Really, the brisket had no smoke ring, it was moist but a very bland taste.
The pulled pork had no smoke ring and was very dry. I was hoping not to use the BBQ sauce but was needed !!!
