Rick Burns answered my call on 4th ring and was at my house less than 2 hours later. He was early for the appt. time!!! (awesome).
He was very professional and pleasant. He came in, checked out my dryer, repaired it, put it back in place and was out in less than 15 mins. Unbelievably smooth and easy!
Will definitely call him for any appliance repair needs and will recommend him to all.
