Stopped in for a couple of beers and some quesadillas on a Friday night. Located in beautiful downtown Wrightsville, PA - a gritty little river town whose claim to fame is the burning (by Union forces) of the covered bridge crossing the Susquehanna River during the Civil War. (Hence the name of the tavern.)
Good selection of beers (probably a dozen on tap; maybe twice that many in bottles)....
Love the food here! Fried pickles to pulled pork on top of mac n cheese! Delicious!! The only reason I cant give them 5 stars is the chilli. Dont get it!!!...

I love the atmosphere, food, and drinks. No matter the time of day, this is a bar I could enjoy for a night out or some day drinking. Plus the country music they usually play is always a plus in my book. By far my bar of choice.
