They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. The office was easy enough to find. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Most of the time, they don't call me...
