Horrible service-ordered flowers, online, for a funeral. Called to verify order was received 1.5 hours before "delivery time". Called 30 minutes after delivery time and guaranteed the flowers were delivered. Funeral home nor family able to locate the flowers. Called back almost 3 hours after supposedly delivered and the "order had just come off the fax". An apology for not "actually looking up...
