My wife and I stopped by here on the way back to Chicago today. We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad. It took 7 minutes to get our food. In fact, while the window was wide open and we could hear everything they were talking about, they didn't come over to take payment, give drinks, etc, until 5 minutes after we arrived. I went to the Burger King in Pontiac at about 10:45 in the morning on Saturday. I ordered my food after waiting about 10 minutes then I waited to pick up my food. Before I could pick up my food a pleasant manager answered the phone from the front counter. She sounded very courteous on the phone. She went to give the other manager, the one around the side of the kitchen in plain sight from the front counter, the phone.
