Long waits for fast food

We have visited many different times and it is always slow service. Understaffed and the employees are always running around doing multiple jobs to try and cope with the staffing issue. They are polite and friendly, I would not recommend going threw the drive thru. It takes longer to get service.

I live in Buena Vista and frequent this restaurant. My husband and I stopped for ice cream one night about 8pm. We went up to the counter to place our order.
