My husband and I hired these people to install carpet in two rooms. Not only did the guy they sent out do an unbelievably bad job of installing, he also scratched and gouged our walls! They sent others out to reinstall the carpet, but acted like it was our fault the walls were messed up! The owner (Tim) actually hung up on me twice.
