bought a bulb. took forever to receive because i had to contact them to remind them i had made an order. received it. was wrong size. tried to return. to a week to finally get a hold of someone. was able to send it back. but did i receive my refund? NO!! i've been waiting for about two weeks and still nothing!! they are very frustrating. and i think it's funny that the good reviews are from their online chat people.
This place is very very VERY bad at customer service. Of course they are great before the sales transaction, but if you get the wrong bulb, good luck on getting the correct replacement or even your money back!! Seriously, they will avoid you at all cost. You can email them and you can call them, but they will not care. I am out $250 dollars and still they have done nothing to make this...
Two month ago my projector bulb, went out unexpectedly, was thinking about who to call since I'm new in the Philadelphia area, then a friend told me about Bulbtogo. the next day i came on the internet looking for way to get in contact with them, i found their number, and call them, the next day someone was over my apt to help.. They were very professional and treats their client with respect..
