Very Poor Customer Service Ignorant Owners

They did not even call me back to consult with me about building our home. The owner of the company did not like me off the bat he would not return any calls or emails. I didnt even get a home custom built. I could only imagine how the process would of been if I contracted with these people. Very Poor customer service and be careful of purchasing land from them.

FYI There supplier was part of Bain Capital and they filed for Bankruptcy in 2009.
This local CBX is not a member of the BBB.
Across the country 97 negative reviews were written regarding the contrsution process

Great company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They got preappoval and house on my lot in less than 3 months . There subcontractor are great know what tthey are doing and get it done fast..monday morning i had empty foundation by monday evening i had a house on my lot by tuesday bolted togeter roof done moisture proofed and inspected for next crew to come in
