I have been dealing with Jason for years and I have always being given what I asked for and when I paid to get my stuff out, it was always what I put in to pawn! He takes a picture of your items right there in front of you! There have been times I couldn't make my payment on time and he has ALWAYS worked with me to make sure I didn't lose my pawned items! Great business and awesome people to deal with! I will NEVER go anywhere else!!

Make sure you take a picture of your property before you go into this place or any pawn shop. You go into a place to do straight business- not to be cheated, swindled or treated like you're stupid and can't recognize a piece you've worn everyday for ten years. I borrowed money, paid it back- but didn't get my same piece back. I made the dumb, fatal mistake of not taking a picture of my pieces (in front of him) and lost them to the SWAP or I would have taken Jason's a-- to court!
