Shitty service came in at noon ordered our food at 12:15 did not get our food until 1250 the place was empty when we came in did they kill the chickens in the back and pluck them first for the wings??? Never got a to go box she put everyone's bill on my check when I said I wanted separate . The list goes on ow well I will go somewhere els now on..

staff was great /the food not so much

Bw3 in lima is just like all the others except for the food .
I had the brat burger on a pretzel bun and fries.
The bun was hard as a rock the burger and bun were over done the fries were like concrete and everything was luke warm.
