Dr Robillard has performed my colonoscopies and endoscopes for the past two years. I find him to be attentive,clear in any discussions related to all procedures as well as any followup that is needed. I see him at RPCI so his support staff is outstanding.

Dr Schaus was incredible when I saw him. I have seen 3 other Gi docs in the area and there is no comparison to him. He took his time with me, sorted all my records and explained what he thought my issues were. The comments that previous people left dont make sense. When people cancel multiple visits in my business, I dont allow them to reschedule either. Obviously in this area there few...

A colonoscopy is a really dangerous procedure.There is the possibility of leaving infected with a disease such as HIV,HPV,tuberculosis,hepatitus B,and V,salmonella,among others.The test you want to take is a non-invasive rectal immunochemical test which is equally effective and has no risk to your health!!

SUPER rude, all about money....literally said to me, "When appointments are cancelled it takes money out of my pocket and wastes my time." (*HIS office cancelled my colonoscopy appt because I had a diverticulitis attack 4 wks before procedure. Office staff said procedure must be 6 weeks post attack). Second procedure was cancelled one month in advance b/c my husband had to have surgery...

He dropped me as a patient after canceling an appointment. I have cancelled 3 appointments in 4 years. What a joke of a doctor, doesn't care about patients he's all out for the money.
