Very UNPROFESSIONAL, I was told they would buy my father in law's old guns. I purposely called there with a list of the guns I had. The jackass ROB told me to just bring them in without hearing the list. After travelling an hour to get to the DUMP of a store, I was told thanks but no thanks. If he would have taken time to listen to the list I had I wouldn't have wasted my time and gas. Thanks...

Unfortunately I have more then once been forced to spend my hard earned money in a place where every customer is talked to like a child and every employee is far to busy and knowledgeable to waste any time helping a simple person like you!!!! After this last visit I've decided if the ""Buffalo Gun Center"" is the only place to get ""it"" then I'm just not buying it!!!!

Stopped in this past weekend with a friend that has been coming for years. Staff was very helpful and answered any and all my questions. Took the time to fit me with the right holster and picked up a few more items. Will ome back again.
