The food at Buenos Aires is fantastic. It's always fresh, always tasty, never a bad meal. The coffee and dessert are also very good. The owner, Chef and most of the staff do an outstanding job.
I eat there on a very regular basis, and am therefore somewhat familiar with their hours, and the fact that even though they may be open, they may only have empanadas, coffee and dessert at certain...
