I agree with the previous reviewer. We had exactly the same bad experience. We painted our walls ahead of time so we wouldn't drip on the new floors and the guys made a trail of damage on the walls - banging it with the sander. Our floors look ripply and splotchy. I complained about how they looked and Dave just shrugged it off. They were recommended by a friend but I have since heard that another friend who used them had the same bad workmanship. They might have been good at one point but no longer. I recommend hiring someone else.
We wish we would have chosen any other company. We feel we were lied to, ripped off and now have a damaged hardwood floor. Yes, we got 3 coats of finish...but it was at less than half of the application amount recommended by the manufacturer. Our newly painted walls are marked up and dented from the sander and there are marks where stain was flung onto the wall. The floors have multiple dips throughout and there was debris hardened into the topcoat. There were even spots where the finish looked like it was not spread out and made spots and bare marks.
