This is a review for the company as a whole. DO NOT USE BUDGET! While saving money is basically in the title, it will do everything but. The hidden fees they say are "legit" ended up costing DOUBLE what I reserved the truck for. Not to mention the actual truck is crap. The man at the Kittery location was …

Worst customer service experience of my life. To start, NEVER EVER use budget rental trucks. The truck quality compared to U-Haul is absolute crap and Budget is significantly more expensive in all aspects, after they slam you with fees of course.
