BAD. BAD BAD. DO NOT RENT BUDGET. Save the aggravation. I came with a reservation already priced with a discount coupon. 4 hours later, I was still there and they could not figure out how to rent me the truck. I told them we had a reserved rate, there was a truck on the lot and I was a legal driver - get me in the truck! They fiddled and fumbled, said ""Trust us"" then lost my reservation and my rate! Hours and hours after they couldn't figure out how to make it work on the system (even after calling the manager AND the Budget help desk), they told me to come back. In the meantime, they ran...
