Horribly rude
I agree with the reviewer below. twice, I have used budget taxi and on both occasions I have found the them to be extremely rude and unprofessional. The drivers use filthy language and start using abusive language at the drop of a hat. The would always charge you more than what they first tell you on the phone. The dispatcher ( on the phone ) is very abusive and does not care a damn about the clients. On one of the occasions , I needed the cab urgently and he said the cab would be there in 10 mins...I kept waiting for 30- 40 mins and then called again, he kept on telling me that the cab is around the corner , when the can finally arrived it was over an hour, when I complained,,....I got abuses and racial comments. I had to give up and use their service for the last time. Finally when I arrived at the destination, the person started asking more than what was discussed, when I protested, he once again resorted to using abusive language....I had to give in....I paid him whatever he asked for to avoid creating a scene in public. I vowed to never use BUDGET TAXI again and would suggest staying away from them., whatever the need may be.
The person on phone was so rude and used filty language
Hi, I called up the taxi and they said that it would be there in 15 min. After 20 min I called them to check the status and the person on phone said it will take 2 more min. In reply I said I would wait for 2 more min and then leave. Then that person used filthy language and abused me instead he would have requested me to wait for few more min. Such stupids are hired in Budget taxi which bring bad reputation to the company. He might had some frustrations but still he should handle the customers properly. The most idiotic person I had ever spoken to is in Budget taxi. 201-222-8000.
