Had an awful experience with this office. Rented an economy class and the woman secretly charged me for a full size, then adding many additional options I never requested or recieved, but had to pay for! Look over your paperwork before leaving, they love adding hidden fees and charging for a higher priced vehicle than the one you recieve!
