I called them to get an empty bike box and they wanted to charge me $5.00. Five bucks for an empty box- you gotta be kidding me. I asked when they started doing that and the man said told me that if I was the store owner, I would do the same thing due to the bad economy so go buy a bike from these guys so they can keep their doors open. Cheapskates.
