Uhaul as a whole should go down on their mileage rates, it is far too expensive and I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again, because of this matter alone

Employee was very friendly and helpful. He made the drop off easy and I was able to get in and get out!

The service was great! Lee was very knowledgable about the process. He really made it easy and enjoyable for me. I will use this location in the future as well.

Lee was smoking a cigarette while assisting me with my trailer rental which was offensive, I detest cigarette smoke. His computer went offline and a young boy seemed to help him get it working. Lee boasted of how he personally inspected and maintained the equipment but the trailer I got hadn't been swept prior to me getting it. The office was a room in a low-rent motel, very dirty and poorly...
