Budget is absolutely AWFUL. I rented a truck from Budget this weekend, then was told after the fact I would receive my security deposit back on my card after FOUR days. Now, let me ask you - do you think Budget would accept their money FOUR days after I rented the truck???? Now, tell me why it is acceptable for me to wait that long for my money? The rep should have been upfront about that, and I would have turned around and brought cash, so I could have been ensured to not have to wait for money back. I have always rented from U-Haul, and never had that issue. I saved .03 cents per mile...

Budget has good deals, but I did not like the idea of holding more on my card then what is required for the rental. Yes I would rent again, but advertise better specials for holiday and summer rentals.
