He won't return phone calls. ...

He won't return phone calls. I've left 4 or 5 messages in the past 6 weeks and have yet to receive a call back -- Probably because I'm not wanting to purchase new blinds. However, had I been treated well, I would have purchased some new blinds I need through him.
