My boyfriend placed an order with Buckhead Wright's Florist to surprise me for my birthday. I live in an apartment complex, and they called him several times to confirm the exact address, landmarks nearby, and apartment number. They then proceeded to call ME the day before to confirm this information and that I would be home to receive the order, obviously ruining the "surprise" part of it all.... more
