Wanted a stove it was sold to me and we agreed on price. Set a date for install and no show and job was
completed 3 months later given excuses about death in family, car accidents, had family emergency, he was

sick, I wanted my deposit back and they wanted to
charge me a 30% restock fee. VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!

I did find a stove company out of Xenia they did very well Buck stove fireplace...

Totally unprofessional and unreliable. Missed FOUR appointments for an estimate, then when they finally did come out and give an estimate, we agreed on price and a date for install. The day of the install, I called *them* to confirm, and they told me they decided not to do it. And never notified me. I scheduled my whole weekend around our agreed upon appointment, and like the first four...
