Worst Laundry Service in Santa Barbara!

This establishment does not even deserve a one star rating. The facility itself is dirty and the staff is extremely rude. After dropping off my laundry for “fluff and fold” I returned to find that my clothing was now covered in dye! They charged me $20.00 more then what was on my pick up receipt claiming the weight was incorrect at drop off. What she didn’t have the courtesy to tell me was that my clothing was now damaged. I have rented a place without laundry facilities for the past 4 years. Needless to say, I've tried a few laundry facilites. I've given this place a fair try, but I don't think I'll be going back. The few times I have been there there was a muddy mess on the floor. I know washers leak, but having a fear of dropping your freshly laundered clothes in a mud puddle should not be part of the laundry experience. **Saturday & Sunday mornings are BUSY.

Pros

+ large counters for folding your clothes, chairs to sit in, food nearby, and coffee during the week
