Some things were great ( mounting TVs on wall) some others not so much ( media room and patio speaker wiring) But when I spend my hard earned money I want things perfect and if I call with issues I want those things fixed the first call back without excuses and without further cost. I was and had been very patient with the tech ( very nice person btw) but that doesn't fix my issues.

I was handling some TV repairs...set up ....long distance for my Mom in Dallas...Bob at BTZ was super ....he arrived right on time ....took care of Mom's TV troubles..walked her thru new system and then even helped her hang a picture...that had been sitting on floor & was too bulky for her to handle..... good price....super service...give them a call ...they will take good care of you!
