I have been going round and around trying to get help. Horrible pain going down arm. I have had MRI & emg. Shows only thing will help is surgery. Going on 6 weeks. This office will not make an appointment unless they have days maybe even weeks before I can be seen for consultation. Are we in Canada? I have wonderful private insurance. Hmm

I had a double level fusion with Dr. Barnes because 2 of my discs were gone. He did do a great job on my surgery from, but as for listening to his patients after surgery is a different story. I let him know at 3 months that things were starting to get worse. He told me that's how it was and told me to get injections. I like Dr. Barnes a lot. He is always easy to talk to and honestly seems like he has my best interest in mind. However, the office staff is horrible. The lady (young woman) at the reception desk is rude and unfriendly. They kept me waiting an hour for a follow up apt and didn't even have the decency to just let me know that they were running behind. I wouldn't have minded so much if I knew...
