Sorry to report but Bruxie is no longer open in RSM. Too bad it seemed very popular. I believe there are many other Bruxie's in OC so keep looking

This location is now closed; issues with landlord and city. Very sad politics getting in the way. Every restaurant that has set up camp at this location has failed.

If you think about it, a traditional waffle isn't what first comes to mind when thinking of a sandwich, but this really works! I've tried a few different ones and each was really good. I especially like the pastrami!!! They offer frozen custard and handmade shakes that just top the meal off perfectly!

I was so excited to try Bruxie because I love breakfast items, even if it’s used with savory lunch/dinner items. The waffles here are absolutely amazing. Somehow they’ve mastered the recipe so you end up with a crispy outside, but a light and chewy inside. We have visited this restaurant 3 times now. My favorite item is the Turkey Club Waffle Sandwich with lots of goodies on board including Roasted Turkey, Gruyere, Avacado, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Tomato, letuce, and a delicious Pesto Aioli sauce.
