I had scheduled appointment for 3:15,to change oil and filter.It took an hour after my car has been taken to garage.I had my oil and filter bought,anyway mechanic mounted oil filter from his parts,discarding mine new filter without asking.On the end price is high ( $65 with my oil and his filter)and service is slow,but not rude.
