After some ok experiences, I was surprised and disappointed by my last one. They are nice people and came promptly, but said they could not find an access point which I easily found on my own after they had left. The subsequent bill was considerably higher than I felt was fair under those circumstances. A friend said she had found that service varied a lot depending on who showed up.
