I have eaten here many times and will keep going back. The service is great, the servers are friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Nice atmosphere and you can sit outdoors in the warm weather. I highly recommend it.
Ordered two salads and a cup of chili at 7:30pm. Gave us an hour wait time. 2 hours later, still no food and they weren't answering their phone, despite the fact that they claim to close at 10pm. Was never contacted by anyone we wouldn't get our food. Absurd. Lost two people who were consistent customers up to this point.
My food was extremely late, but they comped it as a result and were very apologetic about the delay.
Cheeseburgers undercooked (ordered medium, got rare). Mac and cheese is shells with a veneer of thin cheese sauce. No "crispy onions" on mini-wich burger. Quality not acceptable for the expense.
