Everytime I visit Brown Road Family Medicine it is always clean and presentable. The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoy the care that is provided by Dr. Laufer. We have been going to Dr Laufer now for a couple of years and are very happy with the service, professionalism, and accessibility. His assistant is always prompt with return calls and calls to our insurance for referrals when needed.

I have a hard time getting my teenage son to the doctor. But since we have started going to Dr. Shockey, he is very comfortable with him. My son even feels comfortable enough to ask him questions!
